(A category that includes niche industries such as Petrochemicals, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Cement, Chemicals, Atomic Energy, Thermal & Hydro Power et. al.) To identify and validate control targets and to manufacture novel error free systems, we are leveraging capabilities in wide range of products including UL Approved Deluge Control Valves, Automatic Control Valve, Safety Relief Valve, Pressure Reducing Valve, Knife Edge Gate Valve, Pneumatic Control Valve, Motorized / Electrical Actuator operated Control Valve, Ball Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Plug Valve, Pulp Valve, Pinch Valve, Needle Valve, Flush-Bottom Tank Valve, Strainer, Separator & Rubber / P.T.F.E. Lined Valves. We are also seeking to advance Flow-Control systems and selected valve automation programs ranging from the size of ¼” To 64” in different material like C.I., C.S., S.S., and other Alloy Steel and class like ASA 125# To 1500#, IBR and Non-IBR Grade with Third Party Inspection.

FLOW-TEK R & D The Flow-Tek research and development system based on modern technique and professionally managed work-shop with team of technically qualified persons in the relevant field under the mentorship of Mr. K.B. Patel (Proprietor) of this company having expertise and experience of more than two decades in automation of valves, marketed exclusively by applied methods and systems in an integrated source of information based on ISO 9001:2008, IBR & MOC norms for quality, safety and supply chain management. The Flow-Tek research and development systems provided Flow-Tek Valves & Controls with most of its fiscal 2005-2006 revenue, and remains an important tool in its valve automation research efforts.

Flow-Tek Valves & Controls is a Proprietorship company incorporated by Mr. K.B. Patel in the month of December 2000. 

In the fiscal 1995 it was after the name of Venus Industries, following a re-capitalization Flow-Tek Valves & Control created two places of common stock referred to as “Tracking Stocks”. Tracking Stocks is a class of stock of organization intended to track or reflect the performance of a specific business within organization.
